Mrs. Arunashri Gollapalli is the Designated Partner and Project Manager, holding a B.E in Civil Engineering from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad (2003–2007), with over 18 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering. She excels in client coordination, understanding project requirements, and preparing estimations, BOQs, and technical quotations. She manages the bidding process, follows up on enquiries, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure timely execution of work schedules and site mobilization. Mrs. Arunashri ensures seamless communication between clients, consultants, and internal departments, while also overseeing safety implementation and managing site expenses and payments.

She possesses deep technical knowledge of field and lab testing, including sample collection, bore log documentation, and soil/rock property analysis. Under her supervision, comprehensive tests such as SPT, UCC, tri-axial, hydrometer, crushing strength, and point load tests are conducted. She prepares detailed geotechnical investigation reports, including soil and rock profiles, borehole and test location drawings, and field/lab result representation using tools like MS Word and Open Office. Her expertise also extends to building material testing and ensuring that all geotechnical investigations meet technical standards and client expectations
